How do I get to my holiday flat with hotel amenities at Appartements Bellamy?

You can come by plane, train, coach or car. Visit our “Directions” page for more information.

Is parking provided?

Bellamy holiday flats with hotel amenities have a free covered car park (2.05 metres in height). Charging stations are also available, at no extra cost, for your hybrid or electric vehicle.

Is smoking allowed in the flats?

Smoking is strictly prohibited, in common areas, in the flats and on the terraces and balconies. A €200 penalty will be assessed if this rule is broken.

Am I allowed to bring a pet?

Unfortunately, pets are not permitted here.

Will my flat be cleaned during my stay?

If you stay with us for five nights or more, your flat will be cleaned and your towels changed in the middle of your stay.

Do the flats have internet?

All our holiday flats with hotel amenities come with free, unlimited WiFi access.

What channels are available on the TV?

All our flats have flat screen TVs in the lounge and bedrooms, with French and international channels. A wide variety of radio stations is also available (in multiple languages).

When can I check in?

Your flat will be ready for you at 4pm.
If you plan to arrive earlier in the day, it may be possible for you to check in early, depending on the unit’s occupancy. Otherwise, you can leave your bags in our secure luggage room.

When do I need to check out?

The check-out time is 10 am.
If you would rather take a little longer, please notify the concierge service at the time of check-in so we can coordinate your departure*.
*Depending on our occupancy, we may not be able to accommodate this request.

Can I leave my bags with the concierge (before check-in / after check-out)?

Of course! We offer a secure left luggage service.

Are airport transfers available?

Yes, our concierge service can book your transfers to and from Geneva Airport.

Does public transport go to Appartements Bellamy?

A few minutes’ walk away, you will find a bus line which will take you directly to the Chamonix Valley’s ski areas and hiking trails. Find out more on the Chamonix Mobilité website.

Do I have to pay for public transport?

Usually, yes, but as our guest, you won’t have to pay a thing! When you arrive, ask for a guest card from reception, which you can use to get around the valley by bus or train for free.

Can I buy my pass from the concierge?

Yes, you can buy your ski pass directly from Appartements Bellamy’s concierge service.

Where can I hire/buy ski gear?

We recommend hiring your clothing and/or equipment from our partner ski shop Heliopic hotel. Use the promo codeHELIOPIC to receive a 10% discount when booking.

Can I store my gear at the residence?

Of course! Our holiday flats come with private lockers fitted with boot dryers.
